Bonsai Blend (espresso)
Produces a thick, smooth shot w/ a lingering sweetness; notes of milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, strawberry, & citrus.
The Bonsai Blend currently consists of: Brazil Condado Estate (pulped natural), Mexico Nayarita (natural process), and Ethiopia Guji (washed process).

Smooth & full-bodied w/ spice, dark chocolate, & hints of cherry.

A blend of different coffees form Colombia, this coffee has been decaffeinated via a traditional water process and the introduction of sugarcane EA (Ethyl Acetate). This is a natural decaffeination process without the use of any potentially harmful chemicals.
